Public theology at the edge of empire - challenging oppressive powers, confronting stigma, and shattering the Church’s silence and complacency for radical inclusion and embodied justice.
We live in uncertain times - a world in constant flux where some in our communities live in fear as victims of hate and discrimination. Where is the Love, y’all? (To quote the song by the Blackeyed Peas.) Where is God/Spirit in all of this? The time for the Church’s complacency and silence is over! It’s now time to think, act, and reclaim faith with courage.
Here, I explore theology at the edge of empire. These reflections draw from lived experience, faith, and social justice, aiming to provoke thought, spark dialogue, and inspire action.
